Refund Policy
Fourteen days, no questions
Last updated 1 October 2026
If Blind Draw isn’t for you, you can have your money back. Ask within 14 days of any payment — your first one or a renewal — and we’ll refund it in full, whatever the reason.
What you’re refunded for is the Blind Draw service — the draw, the index and the tools. The match videos are free on YouTube and aren’t part of what you buy, so there’s nothing to return.
How to get a refund
- Payments are taken by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds go through Paddle too. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or find your order at paddle.net, and ask for a refund.
- Or email us at [email protected] with the email address you bought with, and we’ll arrange it with Paddle.
- Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They’re usually processed within 5 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
After 14 days
- You can cancel at any time, and you won’t be charged again. You keep unlimited draws until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for.
- We don’t usually refund part-used periods after 14 days, but if something’s gone wrong — a technical problem, a double charge, a renewal you didn’t mean to make — email us and we’ll put it right.
- If we ever close Blind Draw, we’ll refund the unused part of any paid plan.
Your legal rights
